These surveys may be simple or complex, according to your objectives. They are easy enough to set up, and you can do it yourself if you wish. Equally importantly, they are relatively inexpensive when compared with using an external survey organisation.

They may simply ask for ‘yes/no’ answers for exception reporting, or score perceived performance, or seek explanatory responses about specific issues.
