    The data from these questionnaires can form a risk register
    Risk levels can be assigned to individual hazards
    Mitigating controls can be applied to each hazard
    Residual risk levels can be calculated by ADVISA

Example: DSE / workstation assessment: 

- allows users to conduct a self assessment at their workstation, taking 15-20 minutes usually

- filters their responses to isolate the compliant ones

- and presents assigned 'implementers' with the ones you really need, the non-compliant responses

- to enable you to resolve most of these in-house

- then decide where you may need external expertise for the few
