The flexibility of the ADVISA program enables our clients to be licensed to produce their own survey templates to gather opinion from two important groups – your customers and your staff, e.g.

Or perhaps you would like to measure and record your suppliers’ and sub-contractors’ performances, with details of criticisms.

  • Acceptable but areas for improvement?

  • Unacceptable
  • Are deliveries made on time

These surveys may be simple or complex, according to objective, and are easy enough to set up. Equally importantly, they are relatively inexpensive when compared with using an external survey organisation.


They may simply ask for yes/no answers for exception reporting, or score perceived performance, or seek explanatory responses about specific issues.
